We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager who is passionate about building efficient financial systems, supporting organizational growth, and helping leadership make informed business decisions. Position Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen financial processes, enhance internal controls, and support strategic decision-making that contributes to the continued success of the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional who takes ownership, anticipates challenges, solves problems, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve systems and processes while helping the organization grow. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and month-end close. Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements. Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Monitor cash flow and financial performance. Support payroll processing and related accounting functions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and healthcare regulations. Analyze financial trends and recommend operational improvements. Partner with department managers to support organizational goals. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA is a plus. Minimum of five years of accounting experience, preferably in Home Health, Hospice, or healthcare. Experience with Medicare reimbursement and healthcare financial operations is preferred. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
