Pay Rate:
80K to 100K Full-time direct Hire onsite Key Responsibilities Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking Process bi-weekly payroll and manage monthly commission calculations Handle quarterly sales tax filings (California) and annual filings for other states Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct detailed account analysis Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes Support audit activities by preparing documentation and providing clear explanations Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools to ensure efficient and accurate financial management Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field (U.S.-based) 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks required) Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain a reliable, consistent work schedule All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
