The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles, along with proficiency in data entry and financial software. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions. Responsibilities Accounts receivable issue invoice and follow up payments Vendor management processing vendor invoices ensuring payment amount Strong negotiate communication with vendor and customer skill File documents Answer phone calls Other duties as assigned Skills Accounting experience practical 1yr+ Numerical skill strong ability to calculate and analyze financial data High accuracy and attention to detail Independent worker and well organized Integrity and a willingness to learn Positive attitude to support all areas of a small office environment Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel Proficient in accounting software MAS 200 accounting software experience a plus Associate degree or College degree Location This position is an in-person position. It is not a remote position. Must have ability to maintain regular attendance. Hours 40 (full time) hours per week
