Job Description

We are proactively tracking talent for a growing manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting Manager with 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and partner closely with operations and leadership to support business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff (AP, AR, and Staff Accountants)
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership for decision-making
  • Partner with operations to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and support cost initiatives
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
  • Maintain and improve ERP systems, processes, and reporting capabilities
