Key Responsibilities
- Lead general accounting activities, month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting support.
- Support the SAP ECC to
SAP S/4HANA
transition by partnering with accounting, finance, operations, and systems teams.
- Manage and mentor accounting team members while ensuring deadlines, controls, and reporting requirements are met.
- Review accounting processes, identify efficiencies, and help implement improvements during the ERP transition.
- Ensure financial activities comply with GAAP standards and internal accounting policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and corporate teams to resolve accounting issues and support business needs. Compensation and Benefits
