You will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics across the consolidated ECS business, translating complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions.
This is a highly visible role requiring robust FP&A and business partnership skills, and executive-level communication.
What you'll doProvide insights into the consolidated ECS P&L, operating unit performance, growth and profitability metrics, balance sheet considerations, and key financial KPIsTranslate complex financial and operational information into clear, executive-ready analyses and presentationsSupport business decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis that highlight risks, opportunities, and trade-offs across the ECS portfolioSupport end-to-end financial planning and performance management processes for ECS, including the Strategic Plan, Operating Plan, recurring forecasts, and executive financial reviewsSupport forecasting, reporting, and business review activities that provide accurate insight into consolidated ECS results as well as operating unit-level performance and driversDevelop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that improve visibility into ECS portfolio performance, operating unit results, innovation, productivity, and cost managementIdentify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and risks, and translate them into practical insights and recommendations for ECS leadershipProvide clear and consistent visibility into financial and operational performance to support accountability and informed decision-making across ECS and its operating units.
Foster strong collaboration across the ECS finance community by promoting open dialogue, partnership, and best-practice sharingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related disciplinesExperience influencing decisions through data-driven insightsExperience translating complex data into actionable insightsExperience communicating financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersExperience balancing detailed analysis with a broader strategic perspectiveExperience collaborating across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders
