Amazon Studios is responsible for producing and acquiring compelling, exclusive Original content for our massive global base of Amazon Prime Video customers. As the home of Original shows and movies like the post-apocalyptic drama Fallout, the satirical superhero takedown The Boys, and the buddy cop action comedy The Wrecking Crew. We need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help take us to new heights. Amazon Studios is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Amazon Studios Operations and AI Studios business teams. An ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing cross functional financial processes and a strong track record of building reports, model, process from scratch. Additionally, the Finance Manager will support the Studios Finance team on FP&A including long range planning process, creation of financial models and reporting, and analysis on studios operations investment opportunities and initiatives. Key job responsibilities Provide timely, accurate and complete financial forecasting and reporting for Studios Finance. Create complex financial models to improve P&L and cash forecasts. This will require developing robust analytical frameworks and also the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to gather inputs and build reporting processes. Collaborate across multiple studio business teams to understand the business plan and how it translates to financial statements. Build investment valuation frameworks to provide ROI on new studios business opportunities. Build out financial models, reports, trackers, cross functional processes from scratch. Execute opportunities for process improvement and automation. Implement strategies to increase the efficiency of our financial processes. A day in the life This role requires strong financial modelling skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to influence at the working level to drive the organization to the right result. This role has regular interaction with multiple teams across Amazon Studios and Prime Video, and requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve. The successful candidate will have operated in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and will be able to prioritize multiple projects.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience Bachelor's degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
