We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable finance/accounting professional to join our team. Responsibilities Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Bank reconciliations and financial record management Process payroll and assist with monthly financial reports Maintain accurate accounting documents and company records Coordinate with management, CPA, and vendors when needed Assist with inventory and operational cost tracking Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Chinese Must have QuickBooks experience Previous accounting or finance experience required Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized Strong work efficiency and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively Preferred Qualifications Experience in wholesale, retail, warehouse, or construction-related industries preferred Management or supervisory experience is a plus Benefits Stable full-time position Growth opportunity within the company Friendly working environment
