This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all dealership financial and administrative processes. At Audi Great Neck , we believe the office is the backbone of the dealership experience. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys working cross-functionally, and can balance structure with speed. Key Responsibilities Oversee new and used vehicle deal posts in a timely manner Oversee billing processes to ensure proper documentation and completion Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Maintain accurate general ledger support and reconciliation processes Review deal paperwork for compliance and completeness prior to posting Support monthly close activities and reporting requirements Work closely with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure proper deal flow Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records Maintain adherence to internal controls and manufacturer requirements Qualifications Minimum 2-5+ years of automotive dealership office/accounting experience Strong experience with deal posting, billing, AP/AR, and reconciliations Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines Solid understanding of dealership accounting processes and compliance standards Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer Opportunity to join a professional, high-performing dealership environment Stable, full-time position with growth potential Collaborative team structure with cross-department involvement Competitive compensation based on experience
