Director of Billing:
- Lead and oversee healthcare billing operations
- Manage revenue cycle processes to optimize collections and reimbursement
- Monitor billing performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements and healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Supervise, mentor, and develop billing team leadership and staff Qualifications for the
Director of Billing:
- 5+ years of healthcare billing or revenue cycle experience
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement, and collections processes
