We serve over 10,000 customers and we're building fast. This is a startup. That means real ownership, real impact, and a seat at the table while the company is still being shaped. The role We're hiring a Senior Finance Manager to own Bambee's financial operations and build the finance function alongside us. You'll lead a small team of analysts, report directly to the CEO, and be part of the leadership conversation from day one — not handed a playbook, but helping write it. What you'll do Own the annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycle Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for CEO and board review Manage cash flow monitoring and scenario planning Partner with department heads on spend, headcount, and business decisions Lead and develop a team of two financial analysts Drive the month-end close process in collaboration with accounting Build and improve financial infrastructure — reporting, processes, and tools Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant accounting standards What we're looking for 5+ years in finance with progressive responsibility — FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance Experience leading a finance team, not just contributing to one Comfort building from scratch — models, processes, and reporting that don't exist yet Strong financial modeling skills and fluency with tools like NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or similar Someone who can sit across from a CEO and give a clear, honest read on the numbers Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field MBA or CPA is a plus — not a dealbreaker if your track record is strong Why Bambee This role includes equity— you're joining early and equity reflects that Direct line to the CEO and real influence over how finance gets built A small, focused team where your work is visible and your voice matters
