full-time HRExec Recruitment Specialists are recruiting key talent for a highly entrepreneurial international supply chain logistics business. We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to provide day-to-day financial and general administrative support to the organisation. The role covers Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, banking, reconciliations, financial reporting and month-end support. Responsibilities

  • Preparing customer invoices and allocating payments
  • Monitoring debtor balances and following up on overdue accounts
  • Processing supplier invoices and preparing supplier payments
  • Completing debtor, creditor and daily bank reconciliations
  • Preparing and uploading EFT payment batches
  • Monitoring bank balances, receipts and unsuccessful payments
  • Maintaining accurate customer, supplier and financial records
  • Supporting cash-flow forecasting and financial reporting
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
  • Preparing aged debtor and creditor reports
  • Resolving customer, supplier and account queries
  • Providing general office and administrative support Experience and Qualifications
  • At least two years' Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Strong reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • CargoWise experience would be advantageous but is not essential
