Interim Executive Director, Financial Planning

JOB DETAILS

Join a California medical center as their next Interim Executive Director, Financial Planning! ? The Position The Interim Executive Director, Financial Planning, will provide enterprise-level financial leadership for operating and long-range financial planning, capital planning, financial modeling, and organizational forecasting.

Lead the annual budgeting process, identifying financial gaps, cost-saving opportunities, and strategies to strengthen overall financial performance.

Oversee financial planning functions including Budget, Decision Support, and Business Intelligence, leveraging data and analytics to drive informed business decisions.

Partner with executive and operational leaders to evaluate financial performance, improve productivity, and translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.

Support long-term financial sustainability through strategic planning, financial analysis, and preparation of executive and Board-level presentations and recommendations.

Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration is required; master's degree is strongly preferred.

Compensation Details Compensation Range:

$180,000 to $190,000 annually.

The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
