Commercial Real Estate Agent - Investment Sales (Hospitality) Are you a high-performing dealmaker with a deep understanding of the hotel and resort sector? We are expanding our Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales team and seeking an ambitious, results-driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to lead high-value acquisitions and dispositions across the hospitality market. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end investment sales transactions for hotels, resorts, and boutique hospitality properties. Perform underwriting, property valuations, and financial modeling (NOI, Cap Rates, Rev
PAR, ADR
). Build and cultivate long-term relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, and hotel owner-operators. Develop compelling Offering Memorandums (OMs) and direct target marketing campaigns to qualified buyers. Negotiate purchase and sale agreements, navigating complex deal structures through successful escrow closing. What We're Looking For Active Commercial Real Estate License. 2+ years of proven track record in commercial real estate investment sales, brokerage, or hospitality asset management. Strong grasp of hospitality industry metrics, capital markets, and valuation methodology. Established network of private and institutional hospitality investors.
