Calabasas, CA Responsibilities Include:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of 20+ clients
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monitor client cash flow
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Complete month-end and year-end close procedures
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules
- Process payroll through multiple payroll platforms
- Coordinate quarterly and annual filings, including sales tax, business licenses, and 1099 reporting
- Communicate directly with clients regarding bill pay, financial matters, and day-to-day business operations - you are their point person
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance
