Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience communicating with executive stakeholders. Experience creating or managing executive programs, customer engagement or partner experiences. Experience and comfort using AI tools, skills, and platforms. Familiarity with Google's organizational structure, products, and business strategy. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to prioritize and advance multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to think strategically about complex issues, develop recommendations, and leverage relationships to move projects forward. About the job Responsibilities Manage high-touch engagements at Google's headquarters, serving as the primary liaison for Google executives and partner CXOs to ensure seamless experiences. Collaborate with the PartnerPlex team, including stakeholders in Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), Legal, Security, and Executive Offices to deliver planning and execution support for high-level executive engagements. Develop high-level briefing materials by co-ordinating with Marketing, GAPP, and account teams, while providing consultative guidance and best practices to ensure consistent, quality deliverables across partnership engagements. Drive Executive Engagement and program management for CXO events through speaker curation, process mapping, and data-driven reporting, while building scalable tools and communications to enable cross-functional teams to execute high-quality executive engagements. Cultivate Subject Matter Expert (SME) relationships and product fluency to provide expert consultative support and demo advising for high-touch CXO experiences.
