Accounting Manager Are you a job cost expert looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dynamic Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day financial management for large-scale development projects! The Role ️

Project Leadership :

Manage financial activities for multiple projects simultaneously.

Budgeting & Forecasting :

Oversee job cost reporting, annual budgets, and quarterly reforecasts.

Cash Flow Management :

Work closely with Project Managers to forecast cash needs and ensure funding for draws.

Compliance & Controls :

Review construction contracts for accuracy and maintain robust internal controls.

Team Development :

Supervise and guide staff members while overseeing the job cost accrual process. What You'll Need to Succeed ✅

Experience :

5+ years in financial/accounting management

Education :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Technical Savvy :

High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager is a huge plus!

Industry Knowledge :

Strong background in real estate/development accounting and job cost environments.

Mindset :
