ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the monthly financial close submissions
  • Prepare annual expense budget process and preparation of annual tax forms
  • Provide monthly management report as requested
  • Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses
  • Provide monthly summary report of financial statements variances to budget
  • Review reconciliations of the accounting system via operation systems
  • Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate audit results and compliance
  • Oversee accounting transactions for accuracy, including accounts payable, customer invoicing and accounts receivable, revenue, payroll and fixed assets.
  • Ensure timely account settlements, and ensure all balances are reconciled each month at the operating system
  • Work with controller at headquarter to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report
  • Actively review the routine function of human resources
  • Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes
  • Supervising operations division
  • Cross train on all other accounting processes, provide backup support for other staff members
  • Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure deadlines are met
  • Other duties supervisor may assign
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of accounting experience
  • Experience with MAS90, Oracle, or other relevant ERP systems is required
  • Strong skills supervising people, projects and closing timelines
  • High level of demonstrated accuracy
  • Significant experience preparing audit schedules
  • Proficient user of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, tools from Microsoft Office
