Delivers regular reporting to drive business performance. Acts as bridge with Finance to ensure that reporting reflects a true and fair representation of the underlying business. In close collaboration with manager, drive financial performance management with internal stakeholders with guidance and support on financial metrics, and implementation of projects/initiatives. Work with billing process focal as liaison to complete data-related processing, provides visibility of financial related reports, data, and insight to support the business outcome. Proactively work with internal stakeholders, business team to optimize financial related process, reporting, and other tasks to consistently drive the efficiency and data quality. Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner and keep the internal/external stakeholders informed of the status. Understanding business criticality and prioritizing the tasks effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements 2+ years and above working experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or related position. Mastery of using Data Analysis tools like Excel, VBA, Python Panda and Spark. Knowledge in Supply Chain Management / E-commerce Logistics - Added Advantage. Good logical thinking, excellent learning skill, basic understanding of accounting. Strong sense of urgency, be able to work in flexible time zone. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Excellent communication & interpersonal skill and should be able to build good working relationship. Drive for Results - Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition. Good Team Player, maintaining a "We first" instead of "I first". Adapt to changes, basis business requirements.
