We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting fiscal health through effective management of financial resources. This role is integral to supporting organizational growth, optimizing financial performance, and maintaining transparency in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning, with a proven track record in leadership within complex financial environments. Duties Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Oversee corporate accounting functions such as general ledger reconciliation, cost accounting, and account analysis to maintain precise financial records. Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk assessment to optimize liquidity and safeguard assets. Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements across governmental and non-profit sectors by implementing robust compliance management practices. Develop strategic financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and balance sheet management. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development initiatives, revenue management strategies such as ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition Standard), and cost management projects. Utilize advanced financial software for accurate bookkeeping, financial report writing, and data analysis to support decision-making. Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership in fiscal management practices that promote sustainable growth while maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred. Extensive experience in finance, country club environments, and Jonas software Deep knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS standards, GAAP principles, and ASC 606 revenue recognition. Proficiency in financial software systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar platforms. Strong expertise in risk management, budget development, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across diverse functions. Excellent communication skills for preparing detailed financial reports and interpreting complex data for stakeholders. Familiarity with technical accounting issues including accrual accounting, revenue management, cost control strategies, and balance sheet reconciliation. Ability to adapt quickly to changing regulatory landscapes while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
