Salary Exempt Position Overview The Kitchen Accounting Manager supports a fast-growing grocery store chain by coordinating and managing accounting activities for commercial kitchen operations across multiple distribution centers. This role ensures accurate cost accounting, compliance, workflow efficiency, and strong cross-department collaboration. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Cost Accounting Coordination- Manage cost accounting processes for commercial kitchen operations across several distribution centers. Operations Reporting
- Oversee operational reporting workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness. SOP & Workflow Development
- Create, implement, and maintain accounting SOPs and standardized workflows. P&L Template Development
- Build and refine P&L templates for kitchen-related financial reporting. Vendor Financial Review
- Coordinate financial reviews of vendors supporting kitchen operations. Vendor File Maintenance
- Maintain organized and compliant vendor documentation. License & Permit Management
- Track and maintain licenses and permits required for kitchen operations. Project Leadership
- Lead accounting-related project teams and support cross-functional initiatives. Special Projects
- Manage special assignments related to accounting, compliance, or kitchen operations.
