This pivotal role combines expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning to ensure the company's fiscal health and growth. As a key leader, you will oversee accounting processes, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance with industry standards such as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Your energetic approach and analytical mindset will drive efficiency, accuracy, and insightful financial decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and industry regulations. Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger management, account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost control measures. Develop and maintain financial projection models to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. Manage treasury functions such as cash flow analysis, risk management, investment oversight, and regulatory reporting requirements. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies aligned with industry best practices. Supervise the finance team to ensure effective financial operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional departments on business development initiatives, cost management strategies, and revenue optimization efforts. Requirements Proven experience in finance leadership within manufacturing or industrial sectors with strong expertise in financial analysis, corporate finance, and industry-specific regulations. Extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, governmental accounting standards, and non-profit accounting where applicable. Demonstrated ability in financial model development, data analytics tools usage (such as Excel data analysis), and financial report writing/interpretation. Strong background in risk management, compliance management, budget development, forecasting techniques, and fiscal management. Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software to streamline operations and enhance reporting accuracy. Excellent leadership skills with a strategic mindset capable of managing teams effectively while driving organizational goals forward. Technical proficiency in cost accounting, profit & loss analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, accounts reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
