Honda Finance and Insurance Manager Jerry Seiner San Juan Capistrano Honda Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager Jerry Seiner San Juan Capistrano Honda San Juan Capistrano, CA | Full-Time | Finance Department Jerry Seiner San Juan Capistrano Honda is seeking a high-performing Honda Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the dealership's finance operations. This onsite role is ideal for experienced automotive F&I professionals or sales leaders looking to advance their career in a family-owned dealership environment. You will manage vehicle financing, sell F&I products, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience. Pay Range $90,000 - $175,000 annually Compensation may include base salary, commission, and performance incentives, in compliance with California law.
