Well established organization is seeking an experience Accounting Manager to join their team. The Accounting Manager will be supervising staff overseeing operational accounting finance projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and review AP, AR, Payroll, GL and month-end close process
Approve payments and accounting entries
Preparation of quarterly and year end audit
Provide financial analysis and evaluation of financial data
Prepare trend analyses including revenue and cash flow projection
Develop and maintain documentation related to system use and internal controls
Supervise and coordinate the development and writing of financial and other specialized reports
Preparation of financial packages and reports for Board meetings
Develop, mentor and train staff
Identify, evaluate, and monitor generally accepted accounting principles

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or CPA track
Minimum 10+ years in managing full range of financial accounting operations
Experience working in non-profit industry
Strong management and leadership experience
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
