Are you ready to take on a meaningful role in a world-class company? NVIDIA Treasury team is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to run our global hedging programs. This individual will work with accounting, Tax, and FP&A to mitigate NVIDIA's foreign exchange risk and optimize our hedging strategy What you will be doing: Responsible for the ongoing management of the company's global hedging program, which includes both cash flow hedging and balance sheet hedging program. Collaborate with local finance team to prepare, validate, and consolidate currency exposure forecasts. Handle day-to-day foreign exchange transactions, including spot, forward, and swaps, to support various funding needs. Analyze currency exposures across global operations, revenue streams, and supply chains. Prepare FX risk reporting, analytics, and compliance with corporate policy and accounting standards. Seek improvement to process using new AI tools. Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management by integrating FX considerations. Lead or support treasury transformation projects, including technology upgrades or system implementations that optimize FX management. What We Need to
See:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience). 12+ years of experience in corporate treasury at large multinational companies focusing on FX risk management. Deep understanding of derivative instruments, hedge accounting (ASC 815), and treasury management systems. Outstanding excel skills and experience with financial modeling, familiarity with Bloomberg and FX trading platforms. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to oversee complex programs.
