Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Present financing options and car buying opportunities to customers, providing comprehensive support to the sales team. Assist customers in arranging the financing of their purchases and present them with additional products and protections to enhance their vehicle ownership experience. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop financing plans and payment options tailored to customers' needs. Provide financial analysis and support to senior management to drive business growth and profitability. Coordinate and follow up with lending institutions regarding customer loans, payments, and related matters. Prepare loan documentation and finalize financial transactions. Obtain approval from finance sources on all finance and lease deals. Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to finance and insurance. Take a leadership role in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. Structure deals to maximize profitability and collectability. Audit post-sale deals for accuracy in the Business Office.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with Infiniti or Nissan is a requirement. Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive dealership finance. Full proficiency with CA DMV rules and requirements. Experience with CDK DMS is essential. In-depth knowledge of the responsibilities of a Finance Manager with a proven track record. Strong self-motivation and the ability to assist in various capacities as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
