Full Job Description Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$120,000•$140,000 per year Job Details•
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and internal controls. Oversee financial audits, liaising with external auditors and regulatory agencies. Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.
Cost Accounting & Inventory Management:
Oversee Cost Accounting team, managing and analyzing cost structures, variances, and profitability to support pricing and cost-reduction strategies as needed. Oversee inventory valuation and physical inventory audits. Collaborate with production teams to track and optimize material, labor, and overhead costs as needed.
Process Improvement & Internal Controls:
Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting processes and financial systems. Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risks. Support ERP system implementation and continuous improvement of accounting software.
Leadership & Team Management:
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including accounts payable, receivable, and cost accountants. Provide training, performance evaluations, and career development support for the team. Foster collaboration between finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
