Direct Hire Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy, reporting, and performance analysis initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping business decisions through data-driven insights, forecasting, and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning Analyze and report on weekly KPIs to track business performance Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments Reconcile financial data by comparing actuals to budget, prior periods, and historical trends Investigate variances and provide actionable recommendations for improvement Develop, enhance, and monitor key business metrics to drive performance Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and support business integration initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, business analysis, or analytics Strong background in business intelligence and reporting tools Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting platforms Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights Benefits Competitive PTO package Paid holidays Comprehensive medical benefits 401(k) and additional retirement options All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
