Lead the day-to-day accounting operations and drive continuous process improvements Manage the monthly and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Assist with quarterly budgeting and forecasting activities Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Identify operational efficiencies and implement process improvements Coach, mentor, and develop the accounting team by establishing performance goals and supporting professional growth Preferred Qualifications for the
