Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in automotive finance, strong compliance knowledge, and the ability to deliver a premium luxury purchase experience. Previous Volkswagen or Audi experience is strongly preferred. This role requires a high-performing professional who can maximize dealership profitability while maintaining integrity, transparency, and exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Operations :
Structure, secure, and finalize vehicle financing and lease agreements while presenting all available protection products and aftermarket options.
Customer Experience :
Deliver a professional, transparent, and luxury-level guest experience from turnover through vehicle delivery.
Lender Relations :
Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners to secure competitive approvals and funding opportunities.
Compliance :
Ensure all deals comply with California state regulations, lender requirements, privacy laws, and dealership policies.
Product Presentation :
Effectively present vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and ancillary products with a consultative approach.
Deal Management :
Review and finalize contracts, funding packages, and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Collaboration :
Work closely with sales management and sales consultants to support deal structure, profitability, and customer retention.
Performance Tracking :
Monitor penetration, reserve, product performance, and funding metrics while identifying opportunities for improvement.
QualificationsExperience :
Minimum 2-5 years of automotive F&I experience required; luxury automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.
Brand Experience :
Volkswagen or Audi dealership experience preferred.
Skills :
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills with a professional executive presence.
Knowledge :
Thorough understanding of automotive financing, leasing, compliance standards, and menu selling processes.
Technology :
Experience with dealership management systems, CRM platforms, RouteOne, Dealertrack, and e-contracting platforms preferred.
Licenses :
