Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Investment Finance Manager to oversee financial management, cost accounting, and tax compliance for our real estate development and investment portfolios in North America. This role will involve hands-on management of both primary and secondary market investments (including U.S. equities), financial consolidation, and strategic fundraising support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in North American accounting and tax regulations, corporate finance, and the capability to bridge financial operations between international standards. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Financial Control & Treasury:
Oversee capital management, cost accounting, and tax compliance for North American real estate and investment projects. Handle entity registration, bank account management, cash flows, and external financing.
Tax & Reporting:
Manage tax planning and filings under North American tax regulations. Review and analyze subsidiary financial statements, and prepare consolidated financial statements and footnotes.
Investment Analysis & Due Diligence:
Conduct financial analysis and underwriting reviews for new projects. Monitor primary and secondary market investments (U.S. stocks) and lead post-investment project tracking.
External Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison with external CPA firms, auditors, and financial institutions. Assist with external audits and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
Ad-hoc Support:
Complete other financial tasks assigned by executive leadership. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, International Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of general ledger accounting or financial management experience in North America. Experience with Big 4 CPA firms, primary market investment analysis, or public company financial reporting (SEC) is highly preferred.
Language Skills:
Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required (written and verbal).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in financial accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Certifications:
CPA, ACCA, or CFA designations are highly preferred.
Travel & Legal:
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license, reliable transportation, a valid work authorization/visa, and the ability to travel for business as needed.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; ability to thrive under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$31.47 - $50.00 per hour
