Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a project management, consulting, or a customer-facing role with finance reporting dimension. Experience working in an organization and partnering with multiple teams across different functions.Preferred qualifications:
Experience in translating data and user feedback into actionable product improvements and strategic recommendations. Experience presenting to and influencing cross-functional teams. Understanding of the latest AI tools and trends. Ability to grow in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while leading complex, cross-functional finance reporting activities. Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaging priorities while working separately to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills proven in a consulting environment with demonstrated success influencing executives. As a Financial Program Lead within the gUP Platforms and Devices Cross Business Unit (BU) Support you will lead the Cost Savings Governance process for Google Platforms and Devices support organization by aligning support activities with financial and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost accuracy and ensure a consistent financial approach across the organization. You will serve as the connective tissue for the gUP Platforms and Devices team, ensuring all teams follow a similar process in terms of financial reporting and are able to share with stakeholders progress toward the financial goals.
