Accounting Manager (Contract - 4 Months)Denver Tech Center, CO (Onsite / Hybrid)We are seeking an Accounting Manager for a 4‑month project engagement with a construction organization located in the Denver Tech Center. This role will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, lead a small team, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using Microsoft Dynamics.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, and job costingLead and mentor a team of two accounting professionalsOversee month‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement reviewEnsure accurate job cost accounting and percentage‑of‑completion reportingUtilize Microsoft Dynamics for transaction management and reportingPartner with project managers and operations to support financial visibility and cost controlSupport audits and provide requested financial documentationIdentify process improvement opportunities within accounting workflowsQualifications7+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior Accounting Manager or Supervisor experience requiredConstruction industry experience strongly preferredHands‑on Microsoft Dynamics experience requiredStrong knowledge of GAAP and job cost accountingProven experience leading and developing small teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredDetailsContract length: 4 months
