Job Description
Job Overview We are a local Denver area Staffing/Recruiting firm seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Accounting Manager for our client which is a Local General Contractor/ Real Estate Developer to lead our administrative and financial operations for new hire as office manager. This position would entail the following. Our client is a luxury residential builder and developer and hire employees that communicate well and carry themselves professionally. Monthly and weekly accounts payable and bank reconciliation. Candidates who understand job cost accounting and contractor workflows, not just general bookkeeping Processing construction project draws on bi-weekly/monthly basis and submitting to banks and owners for payment This position requires accounting experience and a self-starter personality. Experience requirements 2-4 years of accounts payable/ account receivable experience Job costing experience in construction is highly preferred skill Reliable transportation. Ability to problem solve Good candidates really enjoy learning new skills Regular office hours in company office. 4 year degree preferred Assist owner as needed in order to speed up the internal office processes Pay will be adjusted for candidates with proper experience. Please submit resume with salary requirements Summary In the role of Construction Accounting & Office Administrator, you will oversee daily office operations while managing accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable. Reporting to upper management, your core skills in office management and communication will ensure efficient workflow and organization. Your premium skills in QuickBooks and budgeting (we use a program called Air table to manage budgeting and workflow) will be essential for maintaining financial accuracy. Additionally, your relevant experience in team management and event planning will support a collaborative work environment.
