System Director Revenue Cycle Revenue Integrity CommonSpirit Health - 3.6 Englewood, CO Job Details Full-time $80.17 - $119.26 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications RHIA IT management Team leadership Coding for hospital billing RHIT Charge capture (medical billing) Certified Coding Specialist Healthcare team management Healthcare financial management Health information management Epic Senior leadership Full Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities Reporting to and working in collaboration with CommonSpirit Health Operations, this position is responsible for leading, carrying out and monitoring the majority of the activities related to the Chargemaster and Charge Capture activities. This position will require collaboration and consistent communication with the System and Division CommonSpirit Health Leaders as well as other members of CommonSpirit Health Middle Revenue Cycle leadership, Revenue Cycle Partners and Enterprise Executive Leadership, CFOs and CMOs. The role leads the CommonSpirit Health CDM and Charge Capture enterprise with the goal to enhance effectiveness of patient net revenue realization and minimize revenue leakage across the system. This involves complete capture of patient revenue in every area that generates charges, management in relation to charging mechanisms and triggers, ensuring clean handoffs between System Revenue Cycle, Division Revenue Integrity, Strategic Pricing, Denials Management, and System/Division Clinical Operations. Oversees the revenue charge capture system to promote its accuracy and integrity across revenue- generating departments of the organization Leads maintenance and enhancement of the chargemaster; reviews organizational charge structures to assure that charges accurately reflect services and supplies provided and are consistent with current industry best practices Leads CommonSpirit Health CDM Governance including Strategic Pricing Own CommonSpirit Health CDM Management Team and Technology Consults with department managers to help develop and implement policies and procedures for the purposes of reconciling charges posted in the billing system with other source information Identifies opportunities for charge capture improvement by implementing and analyzing the results of routine, random audits Job Requirements Required 15 years of Management experience with CDM and Charge Capture and 5 years Senior Leadership experience for CDM and Charge Capture and Epic experience Registered Health Information Administrator Registered Health Information Technician Certified Coding Specialist Preferred Masters Other MBA, MHA, or MPH Where You'll Work Inspired by faith.
