We win by combining exceptional customer service, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and an ownership mindset. Why This Role Exists This is not a traditional accounting or finance role. We are looking for a leader who helps to chart the course of the financial side of the business—not simply report on it. This position will have an opportunity for advancement into a role with greater responsibility based upon performance. You will have responsibility for financial planning, analytics, ERP integrity, business intelligence, and decision support while ensuring strong financial controls. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and cash flow. Odoo ERP financial data integrity and master data governance. Business Analytics dashboards and executive KPI reporting. Manufacturing costing, inventory valuation and margin analytics. Customer, SKU and plant profitability analysis. Working capital optimization. Accounting close, audit coordination and internal controls. Capital planning and strategic financial analysis. Assist with general financial and accounting functions and projects as needed. ERP experience (Odoo preferred). Advanced Excel and business intelligence skills. 1-5 Years experience in a Finance or Accounting role Experience in a manufacturing enterprise is a plus

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
