This is a dual-threat role designed for a top-tier automotive professional who excels at both structuring/desking deals on the sales floor and executing seamless, compliant F&I presentations. Position Overview As a Hybrid Sales & Finance Manager, you will wear two key hats: driving unit volume and profitability on the desk, while turning over and finalizing F&I products in the box. You will work directly with our sales team to close deals, manage lender relationships, maximize PRU (Per Retail Unit), and ensure complete transaction accuracy. Key Responsibilities Sales & Desk Management Ability to lead sales staff to improve profitability Work active deals on the showroom floor, working directly with Sales Consultants to structure deals, present options, and overcome customer objections. Appraise trade-ins accurately and structure financing options to maximize gross profit while remaining competitive. Maintain high close ratios on both new and pre-owned vehicle inventory. Mentor, train, and hold sales representatives accountable to dealership process standards and sales goals. Finance & Insurance (F&I) Present menu-based F&I products (extended warranties, GAP, tire & wheel, maintenance plans) using a transparent, consultative approach. Maintain strong, proactive relationships with prime and subprime lending institutions. Submit finance applications, secure approvals, and match customers with appropriate lending options. Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (TILA, Red Flags, OFAC, Safeguards Rule). Oversee contract execution, funding tracking, and ensure zero-delay deal processing with the business office. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
Positive Attitude:

Proven Track Record:
Minimum 2-3+ years of successful automotive dealership experience in F&I, Desking, or dual-role management.
F&I Mastery:
Deep knowledge of menu selling, lender guidelines, credit submission, and automotive finance product presentation.
Strong Desking Skills:
Expertise in vehicle valuation, trade-in assessment, and deal structuring.
Systems Proficiency:
Experience with modern Dealership Management Systems (DMS) such as CDK Drive, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack, alongside CRM and menu software.
Compliance Expertise:
Ironclad commitment to ethical business practices and full regulatory compliance.
Leadership & Communication:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
