What You'll Do Present and structure financing options that align customer needs with dealership profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with national and local lending partners Maximize finance income through compliant product offerings (VSC, GAP,insurance, etc.) Ensure accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and federalregulations Partner closely with Sales to deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience Contribute directly to dealership performance, CSI, and long-term growth What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive finance Deep understanding of automotive lending, credit profiles, and finance products Strong deal-closing ability with ethical, customer-first communication High attention to detail and process discipline Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software A professional who wants to build something long-term, not just chase the next desk Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive pay plan with top-tier earning potential 401(k) with company match
