The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing sales operations within our dealership, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. This position requires a strong background in automotive/powersports sales and financial services, along with excellent customer service skills. The Manager will work closely with sales teams to facilitate sales, contract deals, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all financial transactions related to powersport sales, including loan processing and negotiations. Collaborate with the sales team to provide solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to financing options. Analyze data to identify trends, prepare reports, and make informed recommendations for improvement. Train and mentor staff on best practices in sales and customer interactions. Implement upselling strategies to enhance the financial offerings available to customers. Experience Proven experience in a management role within the automotive/powersports industry or similar field is preferred. Strong understanding of dealership operations, automotive sales processes, and financial services. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to customers. Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate calculations related to financing options. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and enhancing the customer experience.
