Why you'll love it here Competitive pay Salary + matching 401K + FSA Full benefits Medical, dental, vision + employer-paid life Work/life balance Generous PTO + paid holidays Growth culture Entrepreneurial mindset, clear career paths What you'll do Own the full cycle of general accounting — AR, AP, fixed assets, inventory, actuals, forecasting, and budget reporting Lead month-end close, including compilation and distribution of reports to corporate leadership Ensure compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley/COSO, lease reporting standards, and revenue recognition requirements Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, production costs, E&O, and recommend actions for disposition Support tax reporting, sustainability audit calculations, and serve as backup to the Controller Supervise and develop accounting staff, ensuring accurate workload allocation and timely completion Maintain ERP finance modules and contribute to special projects as needed What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, along with 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in a division or subsidiary of a publicly traded company, particularly with corporate reporting responsibilities preferred Hands-on experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (e.g., cost accounting modules, inventory management) Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis; experience with BI or reporting tools is a plus Proven ability to lead and mentor a team while managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis in a product-based business #
