Full Job Description Audi Danbury F&I Manager Compensation:

$130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year About Us We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term relationships. We're looking for a results-driven F&I Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in our dealership's success. What You'll Do Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.) Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and local regulations Accurately prepare and submit all deal paperwork Maintain strong relationships with lenders and customers Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills High level of integrity and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Familiarity with compliance (OFAC, Red Flags, Truth in Lending, etc.)
