The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both AP and AR functions, strong reconciliation skills, and a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records and improving accounting processes. Responsibilities Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations Supervise and support AP/AR team members Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes Monitor aging reports, vendor payments, and collections Ensure accuracy of financial records and accounting procedures Work closely with internal departments and external vendors/customers Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of accounting management or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance Month-end and year-end closing experience required Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience managing accounting staff Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
