FML's Leadership Development Program Program Overview:
Each year, Fiondella, Milone & LaSaracina LLP brings together a select group of college accounting majors from schools throughout the region for a two-day Leadership Development Program (LDP). Designed for students who are passionate about accounting and interested in exploring a career at a mid-sized Connecticut accounting firm, the LDP provides an inside look at what it is like to work in public accounting and at FML. Students will spend two days learning from our team, developing professional and leadership skills, building relationships with peers, and experiencing our firm and client environment firsthand.
What You Will Experience:
Insights into what working in public accounting is really like, right now Team building activities; including business case studies Client visit Relevant presentations and discussion with FML staff from our Tax, Audit, and Accounting Services Departments Networking opportunities with professionals from FML at all levels of their careers.
Who We Are Looking For:
Accounting majors enrolled at accredited colleges and universities who plan to pursue obtaining a CPA Rising Sophomores and Juniors Students interested in learning more about a career in public accounting.
