Your expertise will help customers secure the best financial solutions while maximizing dealership profitability. This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop strong customer relationships, leverage your financial services knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in automotive sales and finance. Duties Assist customers in selecting suitable financing options by explaining loan terms, interest rates, and payment plans clearly and transparently. Review and analyze credit applications, perform credit analysis, and determine loan eligibility based on established criteria. Prepare and process all necessary loan documentation, including contracts, TILA disclosures (Truth in Lending Act), and title processing paperwork efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with lenders, banks, and financial institutions to secure the best financing deals for customers while maintaining compliance with all legal requirements. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and other dealership services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Negotiate terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet both their needs and dealership goals. Maintain detailed records of all transactions using financial software and perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy in deal structuring. Provide exceptional customer service by building lasting relationships through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Stay updated on industry regulations related to TILA, credit analysis standards, loan processing procedures, and dealership policies to ensure compliance at all times. Skills Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service experiences. Proven experience in financial services or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automobile sales processes. Loan officer experience or familiarity with loan processing, credit analysis, and contract negotiations. Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust. Proficiency with financial software systems and 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry. Knowledge of TILA regulations, title processing procedures, and basic math skills necessary for accurate deal calculations. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to sales opportunities. Customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail in contract review and credit documentation.
