Key responsibilities of the Accounting Manager Provide leadership to the accounting team; review Jes, recs, intercompany, lead and mentor the team. Manage the monthly, quarterly and year end close process in a multi-entity environment. The Accounting Manger will be tasked with developing and implementing new processes and procedures, creating efficiencies in workflow and strategize for continued growth. Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with GAAP Analyze trends, variances and operational results. Ad-hoc analysis. Work cross functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting accuracy Additional duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager BS Accounting Strong Leaderships skills with prior experience in leading and mentoring a team.
