Full Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
Variance analysis•vs forecast, budget, prior year Active participant in financials review with upper management Sales Reporting and Forecasting Gross Margin Reporting and analysis Prepare Cash flow and forecasting, coordinating with Financial Controller Profitability forecasting Preparation of annual budgets Actively work with Finance and other department team members on reporting and analysis Assist upper management with special projects and analysis as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting 7+ years of relevant work experience, with 3+ years of management experience Public accounting experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel (Pivots, Vlookup etc.), Outlook, Teams Experience with accounting software systems (ERP preferred) Good organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a hands-on team-player approach Ability to handle change and make necessary adjustments to processes Professional Attributes Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong technical acumen with attention to details Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Flexibility to pivot to adjusting priorities Ability to work across various departments and teams High standards for data confidentiality and professional integrity Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance (after 1 month) Disability, hospital, accident, and cancer coverage through Allstate Employer-paid basic life insurance 401(k) retirement plan (after 6 months)Similar jobs in Wolcott, CT
