Description:

This role combines accounting leadership with hands-on accounts payable and accounts receivable management. The position in conjunction with the SVP oversees daily accounting operations, financial reporting, AP/AR processes, inventory and cost accounting support, cash management, collections, vendor administration, and ERP-driven accounting activities in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. Willing to consider someone in pursuit of a degree with strong experience. Ability to work independently making decisions that affect financial reporting and cash management. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or construction accounting environments. Strong AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting knowledge. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or comparable ERP systems. Advanced attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
