This role is key to ensuring accurate financial records, smooth administrative processes, and compliance with governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide support for accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle basic accounting duties, including invoicing, payments, expense tracking, and data entry into accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks). Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and reports in compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and audits where required. Provide end-to-end HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment regulations. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support finance and administrative processes. Perform other duties as assigned to support organisational efficiency. Key Requirements Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles. Experience in the non-profit or social service sector is an advantage. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, HR practices and proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) & Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
