This role is in support of enterprise forecasting solution that aggregates data from multiple Front of House (FOH) systems. Data is enriched in Snowflake and transferred to other systems for planning and analysis. The Financial Service Team oversees an independent data process audit, ensuring documented transformation rules match other system data for specific metrics and time periods. This contractor role focuses on executing hands-on validation, including ingesting source extracts, rebuilding logic using Alteryx and/or AI-assisted tools (like Cursor AI and Snowflake Cortex AI), comparing results from source to destination system, and documenting variances for remediation by Technical Teams. Root-cause analysis is handled by Technology partners after variances are reported. The role covers approximately 16 FOH systems and over 1,000 metrics, with assignments managed by Finance.
Will work in a matrixed environment with Finance leads and Technology teams. Key responsibilities include building repeatable workflows, performing independent audits, leveraging AI toolsets for analysis, documenting variances, participating in re-test cycles, and ensuring consistent output standards. Attention to detail, reproducible workflows, and strong written communication are essential. Required Qualifications & Skills
3+ years' experience in data analysis, ETL, or financial/operational reporting, especially data reconciliation or audit validation.
Hands-on proficiency with Alteryx Designer (or equivalent ETL/data prep tool) and/or experience with AI-assisted analytics tools for workflow and QA on large datasets.
Practical experience with AI toolsets (Cursor AI, Snowflake Cortex AI) for workflow development, SQL/analysis, and variance documentation, with rigorous review of AI outputs.
Ability to work from written mapping specifications and business rules.
Strong SQL or query skills to validate extracts and work with database-sourced data.\
Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and ability to explain discrepancies clearly.
Comfort with fast-paced timelines and multiple source systems.
Ability to work U.S. business hours and collaborate with Orlando-area stakeholders. Tooling & Environment
