Key Responsibilities for the Financial Aid Manager The Financial Aid Manager will supervise and guide a team of three financial aid professionals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional student service. Meet with students and families to explain aid options, repayment expectations, and debt management strategies. The Financial Aid Manager will review staff‑prepared files for Title IV and federal aid compliance, providing ongoing coaching and education. Conduct group and classroom loan counseling sessions twice per program to support financial literacy and responsible borrowing. Serve as a hands‑on, collaborative leader in a non‑siloed department, assisting with day‑to‑day needs while developing less‑experienced staff. Qualifications for the Financial Aid Manager Minimum three years of financial aid experience in a clock‑hour school environment. Strong knowledge of Title IV regulations, federal aid processes, and student loan counseling. The Financial Aid Manager must bring strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a student‑centered approach. Demonstrated compassion and empathy when working with diverse student populations. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. #INMAR2026
